Critzer Lake the newest lake in KANSAS and opened to fishing in August of 2011. This lake is featured in many of Brent Chapman's utube articles as he fishes heavy cover. Many anglers use kayaks or tubes to float into the cover and are very successful. There is a double lane boat ramp and the lake is primarily a boat lake. This 220 acre lake offers 180 acres of standing timber so there is a no-wake speed limit. Lake brouchures are available at the Linn County Courthouse information display case or online at www.linncountyks.com
Remember to Clean, Drain and Dry.
We are improving the area with a floating dock, located just west of the boat ramp. This project is a cooperative project between Linn County and Kansas Dept. of W,P,T. This wet weather has hampered our efforts but we hope to finish this project by the end of June. We apologize for any inconvenience to our anglers.
