Crappie Slow-Fair 0.33-1 lb Some being caught off the Marina dock using minnows. 
Black Bass Fair 0.3-3 lbs Using a variety of baits including crawdad crankbaits, spinners, and jigs.
Channel catfish Fair-Good 1-5 lbs Using worms, stinkbait, liver, and sunfish.  Some being caught in the outlet. 
Flathead catfish Fair 3-30 lbs Some being caught in the outlet using swimbaits.  In the lake using nightcrawlers or sunfish.
General Comments
June 30 water level 0.5 feet high, release rate = 20 cfs , water temperature = 79.   Melvern Reservoir has Zebra Mussels, Remember to clean, drain, and dry your boat and fishing equipment when leaving the lake to keep from spreading them to other lakes.
