Where can you go to see elk in Kansas?

While there is a wild herd of elk on the Fort Riley Military Reservation near Junction City, the Maxwell Wildlife Refuge, north of Canton in McPherson County, has a captive elk herd that can provide outstanding viewing opportunities.
