Comments A permit/survey is required to hunt the Tuttle Creek Wildlife Area.  I-Sportsman is now being utilized on the area.  The Olsburg Marsh has been full of water the entire summer with the rainfall we had this year following the flood in the spring of 2016.  The Black Vermillion Marsh had a late flush of ragweed and sunflowers that were difficult to mow prior to pumping. As of 11-7-16 we have pumped all our water right allows at the Black Vermillion Marsh.
