Description:
 Range will be open the FIRST and THIRD full weekends of each month March through November 2022

Shooting range ( up to 100 yards) and trap shooting.

PRICES: OFSS members are not required to pay daily use fees (does not apply to trap-see below)

  • $20- Individual yearly OFSS membership
  • $30-Family yearly OFSS membership
  • $10 - Daily shooting range fee (non-member)

Trap range = $5 per 25 targets (clays provided) (member & nonmember)

Ear and Eye Protection is available at no charge.

Hunters can sight in rifles at no charge during the month of November.

No .50 Caliber BMG rifles allowed

HOURS OF OPERATION: 

Range is closed December-February

 Range is open March-November
Saturdays 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM WEATHER PERMITTING
Sundays 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM WEATHER PERMITTING

History:

In 1994, the Old Fort Sharpshooters (OFSS) signed a “Friends Group” agreement with the Department outlining operation and management of a shooting range. Persons utilizing the range are required to pay a small fee to help cover Old Fort Sharpshooters' costs for range operation. Current hours of operation and costs are listed below.
