A pair of black-bellied whistling ducks was verified at noon Friday, July 10, near Pratt. KDWP employee Duane Panek spotted the birds on the Pratt Hatchery ponds.Ken Brunson, KDWP nongame biologist, verified and photographed the unusual ducks.
