Description:
Southwind Shelter House is a group facility for picnics, meetings, family reunions and other events. The shelter has a main room with tables and folding chairs to accommodate up to 128 people. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, sinks, microwave oven and cookstove w/oven unit.
A large covered back porch area has picnic tables and large outdoor grills for barbecues. Restrooms are ADA accessible.
The Southwind Shelter has central air conditioning and heating and is available for year-round events.
To reserve call the office at 785-828-4933 to check availability. The shelter rents for $100.00 per day.
