|Crappie||Fair||7 to 16 inches||Did have reports of fish being caught this week around the public fishing dock and the private boat slips using jigs and jigs tipped with minnows. Would also try around the fish attractors.|
|Saugeye/Walleye||Fair||14 to 26 inches||Did have reports of fish being caught this week in Leota Cove and along the North end of the Dam using jigs and jigs tipped with worms. Also heard of some short fish being caught, therefore, remember the 18 inch length limit.|
|Wiper||Fair||15 to 28 inches||Did have reports of fish being caught this week in Leota Cove, point South of the Park Office and along the North end of the Dam using jigs and jigs with worms.|
|Catfish||Fair||14 to 30 inches||Did have reports of fish being caught this week off the public fishing dock, off the point south of the office and east bank of Schoen's Cove using worms on the bottom.|
|Largemouth/Spotted Bass||Fair||10 to 20 inches||Did have reports of fish being caught this week along the dam and in Leota Cove using artificial plastic baits and crankbait's. Remember there is a 15" length limit on all bass.|

Currently, the water level is 0.43 feet higher than it was one year ago at this time.
We will be starting a creel survey that will run from March 1 thru October 31, 2016, therefore, if approached by our creel clerk Gary Williams please take a few minutes to answer some questions. I would like to THANK YOU in advance for your cooperation.
Remember it is illegal to release any fish into public water unless it was taken from that water! Therefore, please discard leftover bait in a trash can.
