|Black Crappie||Fair||up to 1.5 lbs||Fish have scattered. Few fish are still in the creek to the south end some have moved to the trees, minnow and jig.|
|Bluegill||Fair-Good||up to 0.5 lbs||From May electrofishing data: sampled 213 bluegill/hr over 3" with the largest fish being 8.3" and weighing 0.59 lbs. Small hunk of worm under a bobber around the brush piles and all that new flooded cover.|
|Channel Catfish||Fair-Good||up to 13.0 lbs||Cut bait or shad in all that newly flooded vegetation.|
|Largemouth Bass||Fair-Good||up to 3.5 lbs.||From May electrofishing data: sampled 129 bass/hr over 8" with the largest fish being 19.7" and weighing 4.3 lbs. Spinner baits or plastics worked slow around the shallow brush and flooded vegetation, especially the south end.|
|Walleye||Fair||up to 4.0 lbs.||Drifting jigs and crawlers in front of the pump house hit both sides of the drop off.|
|Wiper||Fair||up to 8.3 lbs.||Either side of the pump house cove drifting shad or crank baits.|
The lake is full and looks just right for fishing on Father's Day weekend!
