This permanent regulation establishes legal equipment and taking methods for migratory doves.  The regulation is proposed for revocation.

KAR 115-20-7 Economic Impact Summary (PDF - 82.58 kB)

Because federal law exists for the legal equipment and taking methods for migratory doves and would supplant the lack of state regulation, the proposed revocation of the regulation is not anticipated to have any appreciable negative economic impact on the department, other agencies, small businesses or the public.
