Toby Keith, Brantley Gilbert, Jamey Johnson to Perform at El Dorado State Park

PRATT – What says “Kansas” more than good country music and the outdoors? You can enjoy both at the 2nd Annual Dam Music Fest, where camping, country music, and camaraderie come together – and it’s all happening at the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism’s very own El Dorado State Park.

The multi-day event will kickoff Wednesday, July 25, as campers check in, followed by a special party Thursday night for attendees, and concerts Friday and Saturday night.

Friday night’s artist lineup includes Billboard-topping Brantley Gilbert, Aaron Lewis, The Cadillac Three, Jimmie Allen and Levon. Come Saturday night, big hitters Toby Keith, Jamey Johnson, Colt Ford, High Valley and Waterloo Revival will hit the stage.

El Dorado State Park is located just three miles east of El Dorado on US-54, and one mile north. The park – one of Kansas’ largest spanning about 2,000 acres – features nearly 1,100 campsites, ranging from primitive to full-utility hookups; 11 group picnic shelters; five camping cabins and five deluxe cabins; modern shower, laundry, and restroom facilities; swim beaches; an equestrian arena; as well as a trail system, featuring hiking, biking and equestrian trails. A hardened trail for wheelchair access is also available. All this along the shore of the 8,000-acre El Dorado Reservoir, one Kansas premier fishing and boating recreation lakes.

Grab some tickets, grab a site, and grab your fishing pole for some pre-concert fun on El Dorado Lake. And when the sun dips low, you can kick up some dust with some of today’s biggest country stars.
