Garnett North Fishing Report -
Species Rating Size Baits, Method & Location
Crappie fair-Good 8-14 inches Various colored jigs around brush or off of the north dock around the cubes.
Channel catfish Good 8-30 inches Livers or other prepared baits lakewide, upper end during rain events. Some nice sized catfish were seen during electrofishing
Largemouth Bass Good up to 4lbs.  Use reaction style baits such as lipless or squarebill crankbaits fish along the shoreline. Fish should be biting well to prepare for winter.
Wipers Fair up to 6 lbs Chicken livers or crankbaits fish around wind blown banks and dropoffs. Many nice sized wipers were seen while electrofishing.
Walleye Slow   curly tailed jigs or crankbaits along the bank near deeper water.
General Comments

Please remember to help STOP AQUATIC HITCHHIKERS! CLEAN, DRAIN, and DRY your boat and livewell when leaving water bodies. 

Four Georgia Cube Fish Attractors were placed by the fishing dock (2on the East end and 2 on the West end) on the north end of the lake. 

DO NOT MOVE FISH OR BAIT TO DIFFERENT WATERS!
