Special Features: Garden areas with wildflowers to attract wildlife including butterflies (Monarch's) feeders to attract birds marshy area in the back border draining area. Eight container plots for vegetable gardens will be installed on site.

Unique Features: Small water feature centrally located with two small ponds connected by waterfall/stream to attract wildlife. Covered pavilion with an amphitheater.
