(PDF - 10.86 kB) This new permanent regulation establishes testing procedures for certification of pathogen free status of bait fish for sale. The proposed regulation would enact testing procedures similar to those used in other states and are proposed in conjunction with a regulation package designed to prevent the introduction and spread of invasive species.
