“SMOKIN' IN HELL CREEK” BARBECUE AT WILSON STATE PARK JUNE 16 - 17
Champion cooks from across the central U.S. will display their culinary talents
June 16-17 will feature the first annual Smokin' in Hell Creek Barbecue (BBQ) competition at Wilson State Park. The event kicks off on Friday with a cooks' meeting for competitors, then grills fire up Friday through early Saturday morning. Judging of the event occurs on Saturday morning and afternoon, with a special Taster’s Choice held at lunchtime.
The event is sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society, so competitors from around the central U.S. will offer a delicious array of culinary delights.
