2007 Kansas Hunting and Furharvesting Regulations Summary correction noted
PRATT – The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks wants hunters planning to take part in firearms deer seasons in the Fort Leavenworth and Smoky Hill Air National Guard subunits to be aware that season dates listed in the 2007 Kansas Hunting and Furharvesting Regulations Summary are incorrect.
The correct season dates for the Fort Leavenworth deer management subunit are Nov. 17 – 18; Nov. 22- 25; Dec. 1 – 2; Dec. 8 - 9; and Dec. 15 – 16. Season dates for Smoky Hill Air National Guard deer management subunit are Nov. 20 – Dec. 1.
