Channel Catfish Good  0.5-6 lbs Channel Catfish activity is increasing.  Nightcrawlers or cut bait are producing the most bites early in the season.  
Largemouth Bass Good-very good 0.5-5 lbs
Bass are pre-spawn and are preparing to make spawning beds.  Fish can be found in the shallows, near structure.  Soft plastic baits are producing bites.  
Bluegill/Redear Sunfish Good- Very Good Up to 10 inches Sunfish are making beds and preparing to spawn.  Target shallow coves with vegetation using worms under a bobber.
Crappie Good up to 12 inches Crappie are spawning and can be found in the shallows and near the bank. This time of year, offers great action for shore anglers.  Target coves with submerged vegetation or rocks.  Small plastics or minnows are producing bites. 
General Comments

Invasive Species:  Lonestar Lake has Eurasian Water-Milfoil.  Please remove aquatic vegetation from all watercraft before transporting. 

Brush piles were placed at the following location on 6/22/22:

2 west side of dam (~13ft): N 38 50.370',  W 95 22.964'2 north west cove (~12 ft): N 38 50.348', W 95 22.947'4 east side of dam(~14ft): N 38 50.418', W 95 22.647'2 Big tree east cove near boat ramp (~12 ft): N 38 50.122', W 95 22.632'41 east point near boat ramp (~20ft): N 38 50.155', W 95 22.693'

Crappie Jacks were placed around the new ADA access dock on 9/21/22
