Changes from previous version published for public comment include continuing the fall season from October 1through January 31 but closing the season while the regular firearms deer and special firearms deer season are ongoing. The previous version of the regulation public comment is hereby rescinded. PASSED AS PRESENTED, VOTE 6-0.
