The proposed amendments are not anticipated to have any appreciable economic impact on the department, other agencies or the public.

This permanent regulation establishes requirements for electronic licenses, permits, stamps, tags and other issues of the department. The proposed amendment would require the use of the transaction number of the electronic issuance in lieu of the identifying number of a license, permit, tag, stamp or other issue of the department.

A public hearing will be conducted by the Wildlife and Parks Commission at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 19, 2007 at The Silver Spur Convention Center, 1510 W. Wyatt Earp Blvd., Dodge City, Kansas, to consider the approval and adoption of proposed administrative regulations of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
