Follow the birds and "migrate" the Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic Byway, driving from Quivira National Wildlife Refuge to the Kansas Wetlands Education Center at Cheyenne Bottoms. Participants pick up bird cards and situational cards that earn or lose points at QNWR, KWEC and three points on the Byway - the QNWR overlook, Peace Church and Dozier Winery. The highest points earn prizes. Lunch is served at the Winery from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Demonstrations, activities and games will take place at QNWR and KWEC. There is no charge for this event that is open to all ages. Participants are asked to pre-register by May 5.
