NEW, MORE DURABLE KANSAS SAFE BOATER CARD AVAILABLE

Boating safety course graduates can get new card for no charge

KDWP now offers a durable plastic card upon successful completion of the Kansas Boating Safety Course, replacing the paper cards that have been issued in the past. These cards will last longer and won’t become illegible if they get wet while boating. Anyone who currently has the paper or self-laminating card may request a replacement card by contacting KDWP Boating Education in Pratt.

There will be no cost to replace your card the first time, but for any subsequent replacement there will be an $11 charge. Please provide your full name, date of birth, and course completion date to:

KDWP Boating Education
512 SE 25th Ave
Pratt, KS 67124

If you completed the course through an online company, you will need to provide a copy of the card along with the request, since we do not have student information in our database for those companies.
