Kansas Dept. of Wildlife & Parks will be selling,by public auction the vehicles and other equipment listed below. The auction, beginning at 10:00 AM on June 10, 2006, will be conducted by Carlson Auction Services of Topeka. The Auction will be held at Milford Fish Hatchery, 3100 Hatchery Drive, Junction City, KS ( located east of and below the Milford Lake dam) on JUNE 10th ,2006. Vehicles will be on display at 8:00 AM that day until sale time. The vehicles may be seen at the display field on Milford Hatchery between the hours of 10am and 3pm beginning Thurs. June 8th and Friday, June 9th. They will be locked during that time and no one will be available to answer any questions nor provide any information other than what is available here.

Calls to the Hatchery or to the Pratt Headquarters of Kansas Dept. of Wildlife & Parks about individual vehicles or vehicle conditions will not be accepted. The listing below tells about the vehicle and what, if anything, is wrong that we know about. All vehicles will be sold AS IS, and all sales are final. Personal "in-state" checks will be accepted on the day of the sale, "out-of-state" funds must be certified check or have a bank letter of reference to certify the account for use of a personal or business check. No open titles will be issued. Titles will be processed the following week and mailed along with the bill of sale to the purchaser. Purchased vehicles may be removed from the sale area after the sale & when payment is made. Vehicles may be left at the sale site that day, but must be removed no later than 3 PM on June 14th.

Bidders should carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contents. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and that Bidder is relying solely on Bidder’s own inspection of the lots and not on any information listed in the catalogue or otherwise provided by Auctioneer, the auction staff or the State of Kansas.

Persons attending the auction understand that the auction and site may pose both obvious and hidden dangers, defects and other perils, and each person assumes the risk of all injury, loss and/or death from any cause whatsoever, and Auctioneer and Seller will have no liability whatsoever. Bidder agrees to indemnify Auctioneer and Seller and to hold them harmless for any injury, death or other damage to person or property at the auction site, which was caused by Bidder.

Registering to bid or attending the auction indicates full understanding and acceptance of these terms, along with the agreement to be so bound.
