The Department will be auctioning off state surplus property
Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, 1:00 p.m. Pratt, KS
Location of the sale is at the Pratt Wildlife and Parks Operations Office,
512 SE 25th Ave; 2 miles east and 1 mile south of Pratt, KS.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SALE: It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition of all vehicles selling. Vehicles and goods sell as is, where is, and buyers must have the same removed from the KDWP property no later than 5 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2006. Any sale items not removed from the sale location by October 16, 2006 will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert to the State. KDWP is not responsible for any sold items left on the grounds after the sale. Titles to vehicles will be processed the week following the sale and mailed to purchasers. NO OPEN TITLES WILL BE ISSUED.
Buyers must register before auction time to purchase from the auction. In-state checks or cash will be accepted. No out-of-state personal checks accepted for payment. Purchasers of vehicles will not be able to purchase temporary tags on sale day.
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the sale prior to release. All reasonable bids will be accepted.
Statements made at the auction by the auctioneer will take precedence over all previous advertisements.
Refreshments will be available on the ground.
