Special Features: Lookout tower with a 1200 foot trail with a boardwalk.  The boardwalk crosses an asphalt road to a diversion channel that goes North along the site of the diversion dam and returns by the same route.

Unique Features: Boy Scouts and Girl Scounts want to use the area for camping. Community uses the concrete sidewalks for walking and jogging year round and would use the nature trail.
