This is the second and final public meeting concerning the 3rd phase of the Prairie Spirit Rail Trail. The meeting is to be held at city hall in Colony, Kansas, and will be an open house format with presentation to the public at 4 and 6 p.m. Representatives from the KDWP and the trail design firm will be there to answer questions.
