KWP Staff, Fishing's Future, and FishKS volunteers will be hosting a certification class for anyone who wants to join the program as a volunteer instructor. The class will be held at the Prophet Aquatic Research and Outreach Center in Emporia, KS. This class is for those who already familiar with basic fishing techniques and want to teach others, not for those wanting to learn how to fish. The class is open for ages 18 and older, but youth 12-17 years of age may attend with a guardian over 18. Space is limited and registration is required. This is a FREE event.
