THE PARK IS OPEN TO ALL OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

We are closely monitoring the situation involving the COVID-19 virus.

All events from now through the end of June have been cancelled or postponed. We do not want to cancel events, but the health of our public must remain our top priority. The CDC and KDHE continue to encourage social distancing in order to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Holding events where families will come in close contact with one another presents a high risk of spreading the virus.

Our events may be cancelled, but the park remains open to all outdoor recreational activities. We ask that visitors use common sense and practice social distancing as much as possible while enjoying our facilities. Maintain space between yourself and other park users and be aware of surfaces that are touched regularly (self-pay station, bathroom door handles) and wash your hands or use an alcohol-based hand santizer after touching them.

UPDATED OPERATIONS INFORMATION: OUR OFFICE IS NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Our summer hours are Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please be patient and use social distancing while waiting for assistance. We ask that you limit the number of people in the office to one person when possible.
