Come out to Milford State Park on January 1st, 2020 for the first hike of the year! Join State Park staff on a moderate 2.18 mile trail and explore native vegetation, trees, and shrubs. There is potential wildlife/bird viewing, a view of Rush Creek Cove on Milford Lake, and old rock quarry area. Be sure to bring cold weather gear (hats, gloves, jackets, and appropriate footwear), binoculars, and cameras. Participants will receive hot chocolate, snacks, and a free t-shirt while supplies last. A $5 vehicle pass or $25 annual pass is required.
