The Lagerhead Marathon will start at 5th and Walnut in Ottowa, KS at 8:30am and will last approximately until 1pm, November 21st, 2020. Coordinated by the Kansas City Running Company, runners will commute 13.1 miles south on the Prairie Spirit Trail to just north of the Richmond Trailhead for the turnaround.
