Current Fishing Opportunity

Largemouth Bass Good up to 5lbs. Any type of moving bait should produce some fish, if not switching to finesse worms like wacky rigged stick baits or even a Texas rigged creature bait should work. Baits such as a spinnerbait, vibrating jig, shallow water crankbait, or swimbaits are all good options. Also consider throwing topwater baits early and late in the day. Whopper ploppers, buzz baits, poppers, frogs or walking baits.
Bluegill Good up to 8 inches Small jigs or flies, also bobber with a worm, fish should be on beds
Channel Catfish Good 8-24 inches chicken livers, cut bait or other prepared bait lakewide.
Crappie Fair 6-10 inches Minnows under a bobber over deep water will be your best bet.
